Shannon Stover
Shannon Stover is a food safety educator providing food safety education for consumers and food services in Ingham, Clinton, Eaton, Gratiot, Ionia, and Montcalm counties.
Shannon is a Registered Dietitian and has a M.S. in Food Safety and Toxicology from Michigan State University. Her experience includes healthcare foodservice, food retail and conducting science based assessments and training, conducting cGMP audits and education in food manufacturing and FSMA audits in distribution. Shannon is an instructor and proctor for ServeSafe in the District 8 counties.
